Built around
the business.

Four products across connected health, mobile wellness, premium commerce, and clinical operations. Different businesses; the same job: understand the operation deeply enough to build the system it actually needs.

Starting point
The starting point was an ambitious idea—use temperature variation to make personal skin monitoring more informative—but no technical foundation for connecting hardware, image processing, and a usable consumer workflow.
Product move
Design the whole system around a repeatable scan: connect the camera, guide positioning and capture, process the thermal data, then preserve enough context to compare and monitor later.
What shipped
Cross-platform mobile applications, proprietary camera integration, Java middleware, thermal-image processing, guided body-area scanning, condition history, reminders, subscriptions, and the operational services behind the experience.
What changed
The concept became a public hardware-and-software product with a guided onboarding path, app-store distribution, and a monitoring workflow built for repeated use.

Bring us the
messy version.

No polished brief required. A rough email about what is getting harder as the business grows is enough.
