The Challenge

I inherited a disaster. The client, a prominent wellness influencer, had spent $50k on a development team that delivered a non-functional app. Users could only store data locally (meaning all journals were lost on app deletion), the UI looked like a 1997 website, and despite promises of engagement features, there were no push notifications, no reminders, nothing. The client was days away from giving up on her digital product dreams.
